Hm, ideal. Well it would obviously be void of that awkward feeling of "Am I doing everything right?" and a voice in the back of your mind saying no. We would swap jokes that weren't just ice breakers, and learn about the other person. This would be casual so as no to have any pressure to keep up a high standard event. No illusions of grandeur.
