Pissing off a barista by staying from 5pm to close having only ordered four coffees and talking about a slew of things that have made them grow ever more wary of our presence. Then perhaps driving aimlessly for an hour or two to wrap up our conversation. Upon arriving at either of our abodes, we would decide to carry on our conversation into the wee hours of the morning until our brains could no longer push words through our lips. At that point, we'd have no choice but to cuddle and slowly drift off to sleep in each other's arms.
